Our Story
Hello!
I’m Carter, the founder of Crossroads Windows and my goal is to provide a quality product and service at an affordable price.

I started in the home renovation industry when I was 20 years old and immediately realized my passion for this line of work. I enjoy meeting new people and collaborating with them to create something beautiful; my favorite part of the job is when it’s completed and I see the pleased reaction of another satisfied customer.
After three years with corporate providers, I came to the realization that there were a lot of shady secrets and practices going on behind the scenes; however, I still loved the industry and knew I wanted to find a way to continue in this line of work.

That’s why I started Crossroads Windows. Now, I am able to provide the same quality products and services without the pressure or shady sales tactics and at a price I believe in. I’m able to provide for and support my growing family in a moral and honest fashion that I can be proud of.
